When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail (check your spam folder if you don’t see it and mark it as “not spam” so you receive future emails about your order). If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you with details and refund your payment if desired. If your item(s) are available, we will process and submit the order for shipment.
In-stock items will ship within five business days after your order is received. You will receive an email with tracking information once it ships. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to contact us.
It normally takes 3-5 business days to receive your shipment after it is sent to an address in the lower 48 states. Please allow up to 10 business days, depending on the season, carrier and delivery location.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us and upload photos of the damage and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
